In an official notice released on June 10, the Commission has notified that it has uploaded the admit cards of the candidates who have completed their online registration. Using their registration number and date of birth, candidates can now download their hall ticket PDFs. The admit is an important document containing details related to the exam and candidates. A valid ID proof along with a printed copy of the admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall.

Here’s how you can download your hall ticket PDFs from the official portal:
Step 1: Go to the HPRCA official website at hprca.hp.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the “JBT Admit Card 2026” link.
Step 3: Log in with your credentials.
Step 4: Your admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Download and print the hall ticket for future reference.
The admit card download window will be open until June 17, 2026, at 6:30 PM.
HPRCA JBT Exam From June 13 To 17
The Commission will conduct the exam from June 13 to 17 at designated exam centres across the state. The exam is held to select eligible candidates for the position of Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) in government primary and elementary schools across Himachal Pradesh. A total of 600 vacancies are to be filled through this recruitment.
HPRCA JBT Exam Day Instructions
Candidates must read the exam day instructions printed on the admit card thoroughly to avoid any miscommunication. The Commission has advised candidates to reach the exam centre at least two hours before the exam to complete all formalities. Entry gates will be closed exactly 30 minutes before the start of the exam. Later comers will not be allowed to enter the exam venue. Avoid carrying any electronic devices such as mobile phones, headsets, etc. Any misconduct inside the examination hall can lead to disqualification.
