What Is A Good Score In CUET UG Exam 2026?
For admissions to UG courses, every university decides its own benchmark for qualification. Therefore, there is no ideal good score that is officially stated. However, based on the candidate’s performance, marks are categorized as good, average, and low scores for qualification.
Very Good Score: 900 and above (98-99 percentile)
Good Score: 700-850 (90+ percentile)
Average Score: 600-700 (80+ percentile)
Low Score: 400-650 (<80 percentile)
How to Calculate CUET UG Scores?
Using the official CUET OG marking scheme, candidates can calculate their marks.
1. For each correct answer, +5 marks are awarded.
2. Each incorrect answer will have a penalty of -1 mark.
Total marks = (Correct Answer) x 5 - (Incorrect Answers) x (-1)
NTA will close the CUET 2026 provisional answer key objection window today at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who think there is a wrong answer in the CUET answer key can still object to the same by paying Rs 200 per question.
