IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024: The Indian Air Force, IAF has issued the IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024. The IAF Agniveervayu recruitment drive aims to hire unmarried Indian male and female candidates through the Agnipath scheme. Registration for this recruitment opens on July 8, 2024, with the application deadline set for July 28, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can register online at agnipathvayu.cdac.in.
According to the notification, the IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024 selection test will be conducted from October 18 onwards. Candidates are advised to read the IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024 notification before filling out the application form.
IAF Agniveervayu Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria
Age Limit: Candidates should be born between July 3, 2004, and January 3, 2008 (inclusive). If a candidate successfully clears all stages of the selection process, their upper age limit on the enrolment date should be 21 years.
Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates are eligible. Moreover, only unmarried Agniveervayu will be considered for selection into the regular cadre as Airmen. Female candidates must also agree not to become pregnant during the four-year engagement period.
Educational Qualification:
(a) Science subjects
1. Passed the intermediate (Class 12) examination or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and English, with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in aggregate and 50 per cent marks in English.
Or
2. Completed a three-year Diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, or Information Technology) with 50 per cent marks in aggregate and 50 per cent marks in English in the Diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English was not a subject in the Diploma course).
Or
3. Completed a two-year Vocational course with non-vocational subjects Physics and Mathematics, with 50 per cent marks in aggregate and 50 per cent marks in English in the Vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English was not a subject in the Vocational course).

(b) Other than Science Subjects
1. Passed the Intermediate or equivalent examination in any stream/subject with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in aggregate and 50 per cent marks in English.
Or
2. Completed a two-year Vocational course with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate and 50 per cent marks in English in the Vocational course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English was not a subject in the Vocational course).
