IBPS PO and SO 2024: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS PO and SO 2024) will close the registration window for the recruitment of Specialist Officers and Probationary Officers today, August 21. Eligible applicants who have yet to apply can do so on the institute's website, ibps.in. Today is also the last day to update the IBPS PO and SO application forms.

The institute plans to fill 4,455 Probationary Officer/Management Trainee jobs through IBPS PO. The IBPS SO is for 884 scale 1 officer positions.

The institute will send out call letters for both the PO and SO preliminary tests in October. The Probationary Officers' preliminary examination is set for October, followed by the Specialist Officers' preliminary examination in November.

IBPS PO and SO 2024: Exam dates

The IBPS PO preliminary results will be announced in October/November, while the IBPS SO preliminary results will be released in November or December.

IBPS PO and SO 2024: Age limit and application fees

To apply for these positions, individuals must be at least 20 years old and no older than 30 years old as of August 1, 2024. Age relaxation applies to designated groups.

The application cost is ₹175 for SC/ST/PwD and ₹850 for all other candidates.

IBPS PO applicants must have a graduate degree in any subject. The eligibility criteria for IBPS SO vary according to the role. Applicants should verify the notification before applying.
