ICAI CA January 2026 Exam: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India officially commenced the registration process for the ICAI CA January Examination 2026 from Monday, November 3, 2025 on their official website. Those candidates who want to appear for final, inter and foundation courses January 2026 examination can register themselves and submit their applications on the official website at icai.org.

The ICAI CA final course examination for group 1 will be conducted on January 5, 7, and 9, 2025, and group 2 will be conducted on January 11, 13, and 16, 2026. The intermediate course exam for group 1 will be conducted on January 6, 8 and 10, 2026 and group 2 will be conducted on January 12, 15 and 17, 2026. The foundation course examination will be conducted on January 18, 20, 22 and 24, 2026.

ICAI CA January 2026 Exam: Important Dates

The students must keep a check on these crucial deadlines, they must register for the 2026 examination within the given period of deadline. 

1.Start date for online application: November 3, 2025 (Monday)

2. Last date without late fee: November 16, 2025 (Sunday)

3. Last date with late fee of Rs 600: November 19, 2025 (Wednesday)

4. Correction window (for change of exam city or medium): November 20, 2025 (Thursday) to November 22, 2025 (Saturday)

ICAI CA January 2026 Exam: How to apply

The candidates are advised to follow the steps mentioned below to apply for ICAI CA January 2026 examination online:

Step 1. Students must visit the official website at icai.nic.in to apply for the examination.

Step 2. On the home page, click on the link to register for the ICAI CA January 2026 examination.

Step 3.  A new window will open on the screen where you have to enter your credentials to login and submit.

Step 4. Fill in the application form and pay the online examination fee by visiting the website.

Step 5. Review and submit the form and also download the confirmation page. 

Step 6. Always keep a printout of the same for future reference.
