ICAI CA November 2023: Exams for the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation scheduled for November 2023 in Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh have been postponed, according to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Elections for these states' legislative assemblies, according to ICAI, have forced the postponement of the CA tests scheduled for November 2023. The November 7 and November 17 ICAI CA 2023 tests have been rescheduled for November 19, 2023. The location and times of the exam will not change.
Other than the tests on November 7 and November 17, no other dates will change, according to the ICAI. The foundation course tests for papers 3 and 4 will be administered from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the final optional exam will be administered from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The previously issued admit cards are still valid for the newly scheduled exams. Through the official website, icai.org, candidates can access and get their ICAI CA November 2023 admit card.
ICAI CA November 2023: Official Annoucement
"In partial modification of the Institutes Important Announcement No. 13-CA (EXAM)/NOVEMBER - DECEMBER/2023 dated 5 July 2023, it is announced for general information that in view of the Legislative Assembly Election in the state or chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, the chartered Accountant Examinations, November 2023, as per details given below, stands postponed and the said examinations shall now be held on 19th November 2023 (Sunday) at the same venues) and at the same timing(s). Admit Cards would remain valid.", ICAI tweeted.

The tweet further added, "However, it is clarified that the schedule of examinations notified vide Important Announcement No. 13-CA (Exam)/NOVEMBER-DECEMBER/2023 dated 5th July 2023 shall remain unchanged except above. In other words, there will be no change in the schedule of examinations for other States/Cities and Dates. The candidates are advised to stay in touch with the website of the Institute, www.icai.org."
