ICSI has declared the CS Professional and Executive December 2025 Result. Candidates will now be provided the facility to apply for verification of marks within 21 days.

ICSI has released the CS Professional exam merit list 2025 PDF. As per ICSI, Kinjal Ajmera has secured rank one in CS Professional exam 2025, followed by Manya Bathla (rank 2) and Charu Upadhyay (rank 3). 

ICSI CS Executive Result 2025 has been announced on the official website- icsi.edu. The candidates can follow these steps to download CS Executive scorecard PDF.

The link to check the CS Executive result will be announced online at 2 PM. To check the result students need to visit the website and login with the registation number and roll number.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has officially declared the CS Professional Programme results for the December 2025 session. The results were announced on 25 February 2026, while the CS Executive Programme results are scheduled to be released later in the day at 2 PM. 

The next CS Executive and Professional Programme examinations under Syllabus 2022 are scheduled from 01 June to 07 June 2026.

2. Reading time: 9 AM to 9:15 AM

3. Reserve dates: 08 June to 10 June 2026, in case of unforeseen situations

The CS Executive result will be announced at 2 PM today, February 25, 2025. The link to check the result will be available at icsi.edu.

To check the result candidates are required to visit the website and login using their roll number and registration number.

To download their CS Result 2025 for the December exam, candidates who appeared for the exam have to visit the official result link and enter the following login details to download CS scorecard 2025:

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India will release CS Professional Dec 2025 result in 30 minutes at official website. The login page will be activated soon at icsi.results.shiksha.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The official website is likely to be http://www.icsi.edu.

Step 2:  Look for the link that reads, “Declaration of Result of CS Professional Programme and Executive Programme Examinations – Dec, 2025 Session.”

Step 3: Enter the login details such as the application number and date of birth.

Step 4:  Your ICSI CS Executive and Professional Result will be displayed on the screen. Download and take a printout of it for future reference.

The next CS Executive and Professional June 2026 Exams will be held from June 1 to 7, 2026. The application process for the same will begin on February 26, 2026.

The fee for obtaining the duplicate Result-Cum-Marks Statement is Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) per session/each copy of the Marks Statement. 

To pass the CS Professional Programme, candidates must satisfy these criteria:

-All Modules (Simultaneous): Achieve a minimum of 40% in each paper and a 50% aggregate across all subjects in a single sitting.

-Partial Completion:  Candidates previously passing modules under the old syllabus must secure 40% in each remaining paper and a 50% aggregate in the balance papers.

-Single Module : Secure at least 40% per paper and a 50% aggregate within that specific module.

The CS December 2025 Executive and Professional results will be announced today, February 25, 2026. According to the official notification shared, the CS Professional result will be announced at 11 am on the official website. Candidates can check the CS Executive result at 2 PM.

Accordding to the official notification shared, candidates will be able to download their formal e-result-cum-marks statement after the announcement of the CS Executive result at icsi.edu.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the result link and click on it.

Step 3: Enter the login credentials.

Step 4: Click on the Submit button.

Step 5: The ICSI CS Result 2026 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 6: Download and save it for future reference.
