IGNOU July Admission 2024: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has once again extended the registration deadline for its Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online programmes. Eligible students can now submit the IGNOU application form 2024 for the ODL and online programs by August 14.
The deadline to apply for the ODL and online programs for the July session was originally scheduled for June 30. It was later extended to July 15, and again to July 31. The IGNOU has placed the application link on its official website, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

IGNOU ODL Admission 2024: Documents required list
Applicants can check the list of documents needed to apply for the IGNOU ODL, online programmes:
- Scanned photograph (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned signature (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned copy of relevant educational qualification (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned copy of experience certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned copy of category certificate, if SC, ST, OBC (less than 200 KB)
IGNOU July Admission 2024: What is the refund policy?
The registration cost is non-refundable per IGNOU's refund policy, but it can be repaid before admission confirmation. If a cancellation request arrives after admission has been confirmed, an amount equal to 15% of the program price, with a maximum deduction of Rs. 2,000, will be withheld from your refund.
Students who requested a soft copy of the study materials will receive a refund after subtracting only the registration price. If a student who received a fee exemption and paid only the registration and development costs requests a cancellation, only the development money will be returned. If a cancellation request is received more than 60 days after the admissions deadline, no reimbursement will be issued.
