IGNOU TEE December 2023: The deadline to register for the term-end examination (TEE) for open and distance learning (ODL) and online programs for the December session of 2023 has been extended by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). On the official website of IGNOU at ignou.ac.in, students have till October 22 to submit their IGNOU TEE exam application without paying a late fee.
In a circular sent to all the heads of the institutions, the university revealed the dates for the submission of exam forms, along with a late charge for students who miss the deadline. The IGNOU December TEE 2023 exam registration page will be open until 6 p.m. on October 22.
According to the university, the IGNOU TEE exam for December 2023 will probably start on December 1 and end on January 6, 2024.
“January 2023 admission cycle onwards, the university has implemented the project evaluation fees and practical examination fees for having project and practical component of the programmes,” IGNOU informed.

Here are the specifics of the late fees for submitting online exam applications.
- Without late fee: Till October 22 up to 6 PM
- With a late fee of Rs 500: October 23 to 27
- With a late fee of Rs 1,100: October 28 to November 10
IGNOU TEE December 2023: Eligibility
To apply for these courses candidates have to fit the following eligibility criteria:-
- For both undergraduate and graduate programs in the January 2023 session, all courses were initially registered for the first year and then re-registered for the second and third years.
- For the January 2023 session, all courses for the diploma and postgraduate diploma were registered.
- For the July 2023 session, all courses registered for certificates, PG certificates, and semester-based programs.
- Courses for which the term final exams have not yet been successfully passed or taken.
- Students who took part in the June TEE exams for the prior semester or academic year but whose results have not yet been released as of the exam registration deadline.
