Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2024: The deadline for completing the application for General Duty (GD) Navik positions has been extended by the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) to March 3. Applicants who meet the requirements can visit joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in, the official website, to complete the ICG Navik application window.
Interested candidates must pay an online registration fee of Rs 300 in order to be considered for the ICG Navik test. Candidates from scheduled tribes (ST) and scheduled castes (SC) are not required to pay an application fee, nevertheless.
There will be four phases to the test. The three primary steps of the hiring process will serve as the foundation for compiling the final merit list. INS Chilka pre-enrollment medical exams comprise stage 3, while stage 2 consists of the physical fitness test, adaptability test, and document verification. Stage 1 consists of the computer-based exam.
Male Indian citizens are the only ones whose applications the ICG is accepting. The official notification states that the stage 1 test will happen during the final week of April 2024.
Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria
- Age limit: For the position of ICG general duty Navik, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 22, with birth dates occurring between September 1, 2002, and August 31, 2006 (inclusive).
- Educational Qualification: The applicant must have graduated from a Class 12 educational board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) with mathematics and physics as their primary subjects.
