ISRO Recruitment 2024: The Indian Space Research Organisation has started the online registration process for the posts of Scientist Engineer, Technical Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Library Assistant, Technician, and other posts. The deadline to apply will be March 1, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online at isro.gov.in.

An application fee of Rs 250 is mandatory for the positions of Technical Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Scientist, and Engineer - SC. The fee is non-refundable. For each application, candidates must also pay an additional Rs 750 processing charge. Only those candidates who complete the written exam will have their processing fee refunded.

The ISRO recruitment process 2024 involves the initial shortlisting of applications, followed by a written examination, and thereafter an interview or skill test. This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 224 vacant seats in the organsiation.

Technician- B/ Draughtsman B: 142 Vacant Seats

Technical Assistant: 55 Vacant Seats

Scientific Assistant: 6 Vacant Seats

Light Vehicle Driver A: 6 Vacant Seats

Scientists/Engineers: 5 Vacant Seats

Cook: 4 Vacant Seats

Fireman A: 3 Vacant Seats

Heavy Vehicle Driver A: 2 Vacant Seats

Library Assistant: 1 Vacant Seats

Step 1: Go to the official website-- isro.gov.in/Careers.html
Step 2: Click on the link "Advt.No.URSC:ISTRAC:01:2024 - Recruitment to the posts of Scientist / Engineer - ‘SC’ , Technical Assistant , Scientific Assistant ,Library Assistant ,Technician - ‘B’ , Draughtsman - ‘B’ , Cook , Fireman - ‘A’ , Heavy Vehicle Driver - ’A’ and Light Vehicle Driver - ’A’." on the homepage
Step 3: Click on the link to apply online and a new page will appear on the screen
Step 4: Now candidates will have to enter the required and fill out the application form
Step 5: Candidates will have to upload the required documents and pay the application fees
