JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will start the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2024) session 2 on April 4. The computer-based examination (CBT) will be administered at a variety of testing centres throughout the country, as well as 22 exam centres abroad. Applicants must bring their JEE Main admit card 2024 along with a valid picture ID to the test centre.
JEE Main exam session 2 will be held in two shifts: the morning session will start at 9 a.m. and end at 12 noon, while the evening test will begin at 3 p.m. and end at 6 p.m. The exam will last three hours, but an additional 30 minutes will be allowed for the JEE Main paper 2 BArch, BPlanning exam, which is scheduled to take place in the first shift on April 12.
The NTA has asked students to only download their JEE Main Hall ticket 2024 from the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in. They additionally have to guarantee that the barcode is visible on the admit card while downloading.
Furthermore, individuals who did not register for the second session using their DigiLocker ID or ABC ID will need to arrive at the exam centre an hour before the exam begins for verification.
JEE Main 2024 Session 2: What things should be carried?
The NTA has directed applicants to bring only the following items to the exam centres.
- Bring your JEE admission card and a valid government-issued picture ID.
- The printout of the completed self-declaration form downloaded from the NTA's official website should also be submitted on the day of the entrance exam.
- Students may present any of the following ID proofs for verification: school ID card, PAN card, driver's licence, voter ID, passport, or Aadhaar card.
- An additional photograph will be pasted on the attendance sheet.
- Have a PwD certificate, if appropriate.
- Bring a blue or black ballpoint pen and a transparent bottle.
- Applicants will be given a sketch pad to use for calculations.
- Before leaving the exam hall, hand over the sheet of paper to the invigilator.
- Sugar tablets or fruits such as bananas, apples, and oranges, if the individual has diabetes.
