JEE Main Answer Key 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) extended the date for the JEE Main answer key challenge 2024. According to the notification, dates have been revised due to a technical glitch in the server. Candidates can check the notification at jeemain.nta.ac.in.
According to the revised schedule, the window for JEE Mains 2024 objections remains open till February 9. The deadline for submitting challenges against the preliminary answer key was initially scheduled for February 8, however, it has now been extended by one day.
"In continuation to the Public Notice dated: 06 February 2024, the process for submitting challenge to the Provisional Answer Keys (if any) online by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹ 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per question challenged will be as per the Procedure given in Annexure 1. The schedule has been revised due to a technical glitch in the server," reads the official notification.
The JEE Main Session 1 Answer Key 2024 was issued on February 6. Candidates who took the engineering entrance exam can obtain the provisional answer keys for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech. ), Paper 2A (B.Arch. ), and Paper 2B (B.Planning), as well as the question papers with recorded responses from the official portal.

If candidates are dissatisfied with the JEE Main answer key, they can submit an online challenge by following the prescribed procedure and paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 for each question.
According to the notification, if challenges made by candidates are considered correct, the answer key will be revised and implemented universally across all responses. Thereafter, based on the revised final answer keys, results will be compiled and announced. Individual candidates will not receive notifications regarding the acceptance or rejection of their challenges. The final answer keys, confirmed by experts following the resolution of challenges, will be considered final.
