JEE Main Registration 2024: Registration for the Joint Entrance Examination - Main (JEE Main 2024) is now open. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the JEE Main application process for the 2024-25 session much earlier than last year. It has also given candidates many login choices for registering for the exam.
Engineering students who want to study BTech at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) and other participating institutes should register for the JEE Main 2024 exam on the official website of JEE at jeemain.nta.ac.in.
The deadline for JEE Main 2024 registration is November 30. According to the exam agency, there will be no revision tool accessible, therefore candidates must ensure that all information on the JEE application form is valid.
JEE 2024: Options to apply
JEE Main 2024 will be held in two sessions: January and April. Session 1 will take place from January 24 to February 1, while Session 2 will take place from April 1 to 15. Candidates will be able to apply for either one or both of the January and April sessions.
- To apply for the JEE Main 2024 January session, candidates must pay the exam fee and submit the application form by November 30.
- If a candidate wishes to apply for both sessions, they must pay the costs for both papers and apply.

- Those who want to take only the JEE Main 2024 April session 2 exam must fill out the form between February 2 and March 2.
JEE Main Registration 2024: How to register
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Main at jeemain.nta.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the JEE Main registration link.
Step 3: After this, log in through the system-generated password or the Digilocker or ABC login ID.
Step 4: Submit the answer to a security question and register.
Step 5: Candidates have to fill out their personal details, and paper applications, and select exam cities.
Step 6: Fill out the educational qualifications and also upload documents (note: Photograph size should be 10 kb to 200 kb and signature should be 4 kb to 30 kb).
Step 7:Pay the registration fees and review the form carefully.
Step 8:Download the JEE Main application confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.
To log in, candidates must first create a Digi locker account using the NAD portal or an Academic Bank of Credits ID (ABC ID) through the ABC ID. They can also register using their Indian passport number, non-Indian passport number, PAN card number, or Aadhaar enrollment number.
Those who do not wish to apply through DigiLocker or ABC ID must arrive at the exam centre one hour before the exam begins for verification.
