JoSAA Seat Allotment Result 2023 Round 1 Declared At josaa.nic.in; Check Details

JE Education Desk: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) on Friday released the round 1 seat allotment result. Students who have registered for the counselling round can check their seat allotment result at josaa.nic.in.

According to the schedule, the online reporting for round 1 will be held from June 30 to July 4, 2023. Candidates will get the opportunity to respond to queries till July 5, 2023. The completion of this reporting process entails fulfilling the required formalities, including the submission of fees and uploading of documents, as per the institute's instructions. 

In case a candidate is dissatisfied with their round 1 allotment, they are provided with the option to participate in the JoSAA Round 2 counselling process, which is scheduled to commence on July 6, 2023. This second round of counselling presents candidates with another opportunity to secure admission to their desired institutes.

The responsibility for joint seat allocation to the seats at the IITs/NIT+ System, which includes IITs, NITs, IIEST, IIITs (Triple-I-Ts), and Other-GFTIs, solely lies with JoSAA 2023, and no other agency is involved in this process.

Step 1: Go t the official website– josaa.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the link JoSAA 2023 login on the home page.

Step 3: Candidates have to enter the required details.

Step 4: The JoSAA round 1 seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen.
