Kerala SET July Registration 2024: The Lal Bahadur Shastri Centre for Science and Technology in Thiruvananthapuram has once again postponed the online application deadline for the Kerala SET July 2024. Those who are eligible can now apply for the exam on the official website, lbscentre.kerala.gov.in, till April 30, 2024. Previously, the registration last date was April 25.
The edit window will be open from May 3 to 5. The exam is set for July 28, and the admit card will be published on July 17.
Kerala SET July 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who keep a Master's Degree in the relevant subjects with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade and a B.Ed degree in any discipline from any of Kerala's universities, or who have obtained these requirements from any other university recognized as equivalent, are qualified to apply for the SET July 2024. Kerala SET July 2024: Application fees
Applicants in the General/OBC category must pay an examination fee of Rs 1000, while applicants in the SC/ST/Differently abled division must pay Rs 500.
Kerala SET July 2024: Exam pattern
The SET July 2024 will consist of two papers: Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is common to all applicants. It is divided into two sections: (A) General Knowledge and (B) Aptitude for Teaching. Paper II will be a test based on the applicant's Post Graduate (PG) level speciality.
How to apply for Kerala SET July 2024?
Step 1: Visit the official website of the LBS centre at lbscentre.kerala.gov.in.
Step 2: Now on the homepage, click on the State Eligibility Test-July 2024 - Application Registration link and then on the online registration link.
Step 3: After this, proceed with the application by filling out the form, selecting paper, uploading documents and making the payment.
Step 4: Submit the application form and download it.
Step 5: Take a printout of the same for further reference.
