Kerala SSLC, Plus One Christmas Exam:  The Director of General Education (DGE) is preparing to file a complaint with the State Director General of Police and Cyber Cell regarding the alleged leak of SSLC English and Plus One Mathematics exam question papers on YouTube before the exams, according to a press release issued by the Kerala Education Minister's office.

For the Plus One and Plus Two Christmas model exams, question papers are prepared during SCERT workshops, where two sets are created. One set is selected and printed at a confidential press outside the state. The printed question papers are then distributed to 14 district centres, from where school principals collect them.

For classes 8, 9, and 10, the question papers are prepared by various District Institutes of Education and Training (DIETs). Two sets are created, and one is sent to the press via Samagra Shiksha Kerala (SSK). After printing, they are distributed to Block Resource Centers (BRCs) and subsequently to schools. Similarly, for classes 1 to 7, question papers are prepared through SSK workshops. Two sets are created, and the selected set is printed and distributed to BRCs and schools.

Public examinations follow even stricter protocols. For Higher Secondary second-year exams, five sets of question papers are prepared, while for SSLC exams, four sets are created. These papers are printed at a confidential press outside the state. The SSLC question papers are then sent to District Educational Office (DEO) offices, whereas Plus Two question papers are delivered directly to the exam centres.
