A Physics (Honours) graduate from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, he has also completed a Transformational Leadership Course at Oxford University and the Leadership in the 21st Century Executive Education Module at Harvard Kennedy School.

Smita Sabharwal

Smita Sabharwal, a 2001 batch IAS officer of the Telangana cadre, is widely known as "The People’s Officer" for her proactive efforts in resolving citizen issues. During her tenure as Municipal Commissioner, she launched the "Fund your City" initiative, which led to the creation of numerous public infrastructures such as traffic junctions, foot-overbridges, bus stops, and parks through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). She also holds the distinction of being the first woman appointed to the Chief Minister’s Office.

Ashok Khemka

Ashok Khemka, an IAS officer of the 1991 batch from the Haryana cadre, is renowned for his strong stance against corruption. Born in Kolkata to a lower-middle-class family, Khemka graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur in 1988. He also earned a Ph.D. from the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, an MBA, and an MA in Economics from IGNOU before passing the IAS exams and being selected for the Haryana cadre.
