Maharashtra CAP 2023: Registration Date Extended Till August 3; Check What Documents Required

JE Education Desk: The BPEd, BEd, MPEd, MEd, BEd-MEd, and three-year LLB programs' common admission process (CAP) registration has been extended by the State Common Entrance Test Cell of Maharashtra.

On the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, students who fall under the Maharashtra and Other States (OMS), NRI, OIC, PIO, FNS, and CIWGC categories can apply till August 3.

By August 6, an electronic review of the paperwork submitted by applicants from Maharashtra and other states will take place. An expert committee will examine the documentation of students who fall under the NRI, OIC, PIO, FNS, and CIWGC categories through August 10.

After this, no other extensions will be granted, according to the cell. The cell informed the user that the online choice-filling schedule would be communicated shortly.

Maharashtra CAP 2023: Documents required

- Passport size colour photograph in JPG or JPEG format. The size should be 20KB to 50 KB.

- Signature image (10KB to 20 KB) in JPG or JPEG format.

- CET scorecard and application form 2023.

- Residence certificate or birth certificate noting the place of birth or school leaving certificate mentioning the place of birth.

Candidates who haven't registered themselves yet can do the same by following the mentioned below steps.

Step 1: Visit the official website of CET at cetcell.mahacet.org.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘BPEd’, ‘Bed’, ‘MPEd’, ‘Med’, ‘BEd-Med’, ‘three-year LLB’ registration link.

Step 3: After this click on the 'new candidate registration' link.

Step 4: Candidates are supposed to generate their login credentials by entering the basic details.

Step 5: Now, login in the portal using the generated credentials.

Step 6: Fill out the application form with the personal, academic details and upload required documents.

Step 7: Submit the application form and pay the required fees.

Step 8: Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference.
