NEET UG Counselling 2026: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) begins the online registration and choice-filling process today, September 3, 2026, for NEET UG qualifiers. Candidates who want to participate in the Round 2 seat allotment process need to register online via the official portal at mcc.nic.in. The last date to register is September 8, 2026. All applicants who have passed the NEET UG entrance examination 2026 are eligible for the counselling rounds. Those allotted seats will have to report to the respective college from September 12 to 18, 2026, to confirm their seats and complete the document verification process.

The Round 2 registration window will remain open from September 3 to 8, 2026. During this period, candidates need to fill in their personal details, including NEET scores, via the official portal. Who’s Eligible For NEET UG Round 2 Counselling Registration 2026?

The following candidates are eligible to register for the NEET UG Round 2 seat allotment process. 

1. Candidates who were not allotted seats in the MCC Round 1 counselling.

2. Those who want to upgrade their allotted seats from Round 1. 

3. Applicants who did not participate in the NEET UG Round 1 counseling. 

How To Apply For NEET UG Round 2?

Using the following steps, candidates can complete their Round 2 registration via the official portal. 

Step 1: Go to the MCC official website at mcc.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the MCC NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 2 registration link.

Step 3: Enter your NEET application number and select a password. You will get your registration credentials.

Step 4: Once registration is done, using the above credentials, complete your application form with mandatory details.

Step 5: Pay the registration fee and submit the form. 

NEET UG Round 2 Registration Fee

The registration fee is non-refundable, while the security deposit is refundable and will be adjusted at the time of admission. Both the fees must be paid online via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
