MCD EduLife 2.0 Portal: The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has launched EduLife 2.0, a centralized digital portal spanning over 1,500 primary schools. Delhi Mayor Pravesh Wahi inaugurated the platform to revolutionise record management and school-parent communication.
The system will host NEP 2020-aligned academic resources, digital planners, and assessment tools for teachers. By enabling real-time data access, the portal drastically minimizes routine paperwork while allowing parents to track academic progress and mid-day meal records online.

Administrative Efficiency and Data Management:
Before the portal's launch, education department officials spent extensive time manually gathering school-level data to answer official requests, parliamentary questions, and RTI applications. EduLife 2.0 eliminates this bottleneck by allowing schools to update information regularly, creating a single-window retrieval system that reduces red tape.
NEP 2020 Integration and Academic Tools:
The platform equips teachers with vital teaching-learning materials built entirely in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Through the portal, educators gain instant access to digital planners, lesson frameworks, worksheets, and assessment portals, enabling them to log student marks and track curriculum milestones digitally.
Parent Engagement and Community Features:
EduLife 2.0 acts as a transparent window for families, allowing parents to review teacher feedback, PTM reports, and daily school activities from their personal devices. Additionally, the system introduces an "Alumni Corner" and a talent-spotting feature designed to help sports academies and external organizations identify high-achieving, meritorious students early.
