NEET PG 2024 Exam City Allotment: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has deferred the NEET PG 2024 exam city allotment date. According to the notification, the NEET PG 2024 city allotment slip will be issued on July 31. Earlier, it was planned for July 29.
Candidates will be able to check their NEET PG 2024 city allotment slip through email. This information will only specify the city where the test centres will be located. The admit cards will provide detailed information about the test center, including the address. NEET PG admit cards will be issued on August 8.
"NBEMS vide its notice dated 18th / 22nd July 2024 has opened an online window from 19th July 2024 to 23rd July 2024 (till 11:55PM), allowing the NEET-PG 2024 candidates to exercise their choices of preferred test cities to take the examination. Pursuant to the receipt of preferred test city choices, the test city allocated to candidates by NBEMS shall now be communicated to all concerned candidates through email on 31st July 2024 at their registered email IDs," reads the notification.

According to the schedule, the NEET PG examination will be held on August 11, 2024. The exam will be held in two shifts. The board released a list of 185 cities where the test will be conducted and invited candidates to select four preferences. The board also informed that the test city allocation will be done randomly based on the candidates' selected cities.
The board further stated that candidates who do not provide any preferences for test cities during the online window will be assigned a test centre by NBEMS anywhere in the country, based on availability.
