NEET SS 2024: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released two revisions to the exam design for the 2024 National Eligibility Entrance Test - Super Specialty (NEET SS). The exam will take place on March 29 and 30, 2025.

The revisions will result in different question paper groups for medical oncology and critical care medicine. The rest of the NEET SS 2024 exam pattern for all groups will stay the same from last year, according to the board.

The medical board informed that previous entrance qualifying feeder qualifications for admissions to DM, MCh, and DrNB courses shall be strictly in compliance with the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations (PGMER), 2023, as well as any clarification or revisions provided by NMC from time to time in this regard.

The final test timetable, eligibility criteria, fee structure, exam pattern, marking scheme, and list of examination cities will be announced in the information bulletin, which will be available soon on the official website, natboard.edu.in.

NEET SS 2024: What are the changes made in the exam pattern?

NBEMS has implemented the following adjustments in the examination scheme of NEET SS 2024:

- For admission to DM/DrNB Medical Oncology, there will be a separate question paper group (medical oncology group). This group's paper will only include questions about medical oncology.

- For admission to DM/DrNB Critical Care Medicine, there will be a separate question paper group (critical care medicine group). The questions in this group's paper must be entirely critical care medicine-related.
