NEET UG Exam Day Guidelines: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is scheduled to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) today, May 5, from 2 pm to 5:20 pm, in 557 cities across the country and 14 cities abroad. The NEET UG 2024 exam will witness over 24 lakh medical aspirants competing for approximately one lakh MBBS seats. Candidates participating in the exam must ensure they carry their hall ticket to the exam center. The link to download the NEET UG hall ticket is available on the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.

 NEET UG 2024 Exam Day Guidelines

 - Bring a copy of the same photograph that you uploaded on your application form; this photo will be affixed to your attendance sheet.

 - Remember to carry you NEET hall ticket and a Self-Declaration Form; download the form from the NTA website, print it on an A4 size sheet, and fill in the mandated details accurately.

 - You are permitted to carry only a transparent water bottle.

 - If applicable, bring your PwD Certificate and/or scribe-related documents.

 - No bio-breaks (toilet breaks) will be allowed during the first hour and the last half an hour of the examination.

 - At the entry gate, you will undergo biometric attendance and frisking.

 - Upon returning to the examination hall from a bio-break/toilet break, the same biometric attendance and frisking process will be repeated.

NEET UG 2024 Exam: Items Prohibited In Examination Hall

 The following items are strictly prohibited:

 - Communication devices such as mobile phones, pagers, health bands, earphones, microphones, Bluetooth devices, etc.

 - Any type of watch or wristwatch, cameras, bracelets, etc.

 - Printed or handwritten textual material, paper pieces, geometry or pencil boxes, plastic pouches, calculators, pen rulers, erasers, log tables, electronic pens or scanners, pen drives, writing pads, etc.

 - Wallets, sunglasses, belts, caps, hats, handbags, etc.

 - Metallic items or any form of ornaments.

 - Open or packaged food or beverages.

 NEET UG 2024: Dress Code Rules

 Here are the dress code guidelines for NEET UG 2024

 - Female candidates are advised to wear light-colored half-sleeved shirts paired with trousers.

 - Male applicants should opt for t-shirts with trousers or light-colored half-sleeved shirts.

 - Long sleeves and bulky clothing are not allowed. Candidates choosing traditional or customary attire must arrive at least one hour before the latest reporting time to allow for thorough frisking.

 - Sandals or slippers with low heels are permitted, while shoes are not allowed.
