NEET UG Counselling 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the revised result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2024. Candidates can check their NEET UG 2024 results at nta.ac.in. Candidates are now awaiting the online counselling process to be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and state counselling bodies for UG medical admissions. Notifications and dates for All India Quota (AIQ) and state quota medical counselling are expected to be released soon at mcc.nic.in.

The MCC conducts NEET UG counselling for 15 percent of All India Quota seats and for 100 percent of seats at deemed universities, central universities (such as DU, AMU, BHU), ESIC, AFMC, IP University, AIIMS, and JIPMER institutions. Moreover, the MCC handles online counselling for BSc Nursing at central institutions. The MCC NEET counselling process consists of three rounds, followed by a stray vacancy round.

NEET UG Top Rankers Reduced To 17

The revised results have reduced the number of top-ranked candidates to seventeen. Previously, the All India Rank Holders (AIR) list included 67 candidates, six of whom were there due to receiving compensatory marks for time lost during the examination caused by invigilator errors. The updated NEET UG merit list now features only 17 top-ranked individuals.

Step 3: Log in and fill in the choices

Step 4: Now read the NEET UG Counselling 2024 details available in the information bulletin

Step 5: Fill out the required details.
