NEET UG Re-Exam City Slip 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NEET re-exam city slip 2026 during the second week of June 2026, i.e. around June 7 or 8.  The re-exam is scheduled for June 21 after the cancellation of the May 3 exam. Over 22 lakh applicants who will be taking the exam need to provide their NEET login details to check the city slip once released. As per reports, over 3.2 lakh applicants have applied for exam centre changes. The exam city slip will have the exam city name, allowing candidates to manage their travel effectively.

How To Download NEET UG Re-Exam City Slip 2026 Online?

Candidates can use the following steps to download the exam city slip from the official portal:

Step 1: Go to the NTA official website at neet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the  “NEET UG Re-Exam City Slip 2026” download link on the homepage.

Step 3: To log in, enter your NEET application number, password, and security pin.

Step 4: Your exam city slip will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download and check your exam centre details.

The exam city slip will have the following details mentioned on it. Carefully verify all the details and immediately report to NTA in case of any discrepancy.

NTA To Release NEET UG Re-Exam Admit Card By June 14

NTA has clarified that separate admit cards will be released for the exam scheduled on June 14, 2026. Candidates need to log in to the official website using their NEET registration number and password to access the hall ticket online. The admit card will contain details such as exact exam venue addresses, final roll numbers, and strict exam day guidelines. Carrying a printed copy of the admit card along with a government-issued ID is mandatory on the exam day.

With the revised exam guidelines, the NEET UG Re-exam will be held on June 21 in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. The additional 15 minutes are provided to complete all formalities of the exam. The test will be available in 13 languages, including Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
