NEET UG Result 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET UG Result 2024, Final Answer Key soon. According to media reports, the NEET UG final answer key and results are likely to be issued in the second or third week of June 2024. Once released, candidates will be able to check and download the NEET UG result, final answer key at exams.nta.ac.in.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services will conduct online counselling for Undergraduate Medical Courses. An All India Merit List of qualified candidates will be prepared based on their All India Rank in the NEET (UG) 2024 Merit List. Admissions to Undergraduate Medical Courses will be made only from this list, following the existing reservation policy.
Counselling for admission to seats under the control of State Governments, UT Administrations, State Universities, and Institutions will be conducted by designated authorities of the respective State Governments, as per notifications issued separately by these authorities.
During the counselling process, the eligibility criteria, self-declaration, and various documents of eligible candidates will be verified according to the norms specified by the respective authorities and/or Medical/Dental Colleges. The Ayush Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) of the Ministry of Ayush will serve as the counselling authority for the All India Quota (AIQ) for BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses under NCISM. AACCC will also be the counselling authority for the AIQ for BHMS under NCH.

NEET UG Result 2024: Check Last Year's Cut Off
Last year, the NEET UG cut-off percentile for MBBS and BDS candidates was 50 for the general category and 40 for OBC, SC, and ST candidates. The NTA will determine the NEET UG 2024 percentile based on the highest marks scored in the all-India common merit list.
In 2023, the NEET UG cut-off for the general category rose to 720-137, up from 715-117 in 2022. A similar trend was observed for other categories: the cut-off for SC, ST, and OBC candidates increased to 136-107 in 2023, from 116-93 in 2022.
