CA Foundation Result 2026 Date Out: The result of the CA Foundation examination of September 2026 has been released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The candidates who took the offline examination on the dates between September 2 and September 9, 2026, can view/download their results on the official website of ICAI. The students who qualify in this level of examination will be eligible to take the Intermediate level examination.
As per the official notification, the result will be released on November 6, 2026, in the evening. To access the scorecard, candidates must enter their ICAI registration number and roll number.

Steps to Download CA Foundation Result 2026
Step 1: Go to the official website: caresults.icai.org/caresult
Step 2: Click on the CA Foundation result (September 2026) link
Step 3: Enter the ICAI roll number and registration number
Step 4: Enter the CAPTCHA code
Step 5: Click ‘Submit’ and check the result
Step 6: Download and save a copy of the scorecard
CA Foundation Pass Percentage: Previous Session
In the May 2026 session, 90,217 candidates appeared and 18,124 passed, making the overall pass percentage 20.09 per cent. Among male candidates, 9,769 of 46,798 passed (20.88 per cent), while 8,355 of 43,419 female candidates passed (19.24 per cent).
CA Foundation September 2026: Eligibility and passing criteria:
To pass the CA Foundation examination, the candidates need to obtain a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each paper as well as an aggregate of 50 per cent marks in total across all papers.
Eligible candidates for CA Foundation examination will be able to join for the CA Intermediate examination that is the second stage of Chartered Accountancy course.
