NIFT 2025 Registration Window Closes On January 6; Check Details Here

NIFT 2025 Registration: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration window for the National Institute of Fashion Technology's (NIFT) 2025 entrance exam on January 6. Interested and qualified individuals can apply for NIFT 2025 via the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT.

However, those who applied who missed the deadline will be eligible to fill out the NIFT 2025 application form from January 7 to 9, for a late cost of Rs 5,000.

According to the official timetable, the NIFT 2025 exam will be held on February 9 for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programs for the academic year 2025–26.

The deadline for submitting the NIFT 2025 application form is January 6, and registered applicants will be able to make modifications to their application using the rectification facility beginning January 10. The deadline to modify the NIFT 2025 application form is January 12.

The General Ability Test (GAT) and Creative Ability Test (CAT) will be used to administer the fashion institute's admission exam. Applicants pursuing BDes and MDes must also take the CAT, whereas the GAT is common to all courses.

NIFT 2025 Registration: Eligibility Criteria

Interested students can see the admissions criteria for BDes programs below:

- Passed Class 12 from any recognized central or state board.

- A passing grade in the senior secondary school test administered by the national open school in at least five disciplines.

- After Class 10, a 3 or 4-year diploma recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education. Any public school, board, or university examination in India or foreign countries accepted by the Association of Indian Universities is equivalent to the Class 10-plus-2 system.

- General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination (London, Cambridge, Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level, International Baccalaureate.
