All the schools in Noida are directed to shift to the hybrid format of learning till class 5 because of increasing Air Quality Index. Earlier Delhi schools were directed by the Directorate of Education to shift towards the hybrid format of learning due to severe AQI in the state. To ensure the safety of children, schools are advised to conduct hybrid classes in which parents can decide if they want to send their kids to schools or not.

These days, due to rising Air Quality Index and pollution, GRAP-3 restrictions have been imposed in Delhi as well as Noida. These steps are taken to keep children healthy and safe. GRAP is a multi-stage action plan which helps in controlling increasing air pollution in the Delhi-NCR region.

Hybrid Format Learning:

Following this hybrid format learning order, parents can choose if they want to send their children to schools or they will attend the online classes. Earlier, the Noida government ordered the suspension of the outdoor activities such as outdoor assemblies, plays, sports for the safety of students.

Hybrid Mode Till Class 5:

Gautam Budh Nagar district magistrate ordered that all schools in Noida and Greater Noida will conduct online classes up to Class 5 in the hybrid format until further notice. The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) also directed the same earlier this week for NCR schools.

The order of hybrid format learning and online classes has been published for schools under other boards as well, including CBSE. Private and government schools will be required to offer classes in hybrid mode.
