JE Education Desk: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has again decided to extend the last date for the registration of the Jawaharlal Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2024. Students who haven't applied yet can do so by visiting the official website of NVS at navodaya.gov.in, until August 25, 2023.

This opportunity is for the students who are seeking admission in class 6 in JNV for the session 2023-24. Students are advised to apply as soon as possible as it may not extend further.

The JNVST 2024 application correction window, according to the organization, will remain open for two days beyond the final registration date. Only certain fields, such as gender, category, location, disability, and exam format, will be editable by students. On the official website, navodaya.gov.in, parents and guardians who have not yet finished the application form for their children must register by August 25.

The JNVST Selection Test for Class 6 Admission for the session 2023–24 will be held in two phases: November 04 (Phase-I) and January 20 (Phase-II), according to the timetable. By March or April 2024, the results will be made public.

NVS official notice reads, "Online registration for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test 2024 for admission to Class VI session 2024-25 is in progress. The last date for the submission of the online application is further extended up to 25-08-2023."

NVS JNVST Class 6 Admission 2024 Registration: How to apply online

To apply online for JNVST 2024, students or parents can follow the given steps.

Step 1: Visit the official website of NVS at navodaya.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the relevant link.

Step 3: Candidates are advised to read all the instructions and important information.

Step 4: Click on the button, 'Apply Online' or 'Registration' and fill out the online application form such as the student's name, date of birth, parent/guardian information, address, and school details.

Step 5: Now, upload and scan the required documents like passport-size, photograph, signature, and any other documents. Also, pay the application fees.

Step 6: Review all the information and then click on the 'submit' button.

Step 7: Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference.
