Odisha Police Constable Admit Card 2024: The State Selection Board (SSB) has recently informed that the Constable/Sepoy recruitment examination admit cards for various battalions of Odisha Police will be out soon. Once the admit cards are issued, applicants can download them from the official website of Odisha police at odishapolice.gov.in.
This recruitment examination intends to fill 2,080 Sepoy/Constable vacancies in Odisha Police. Originally, SSB Odisha Released 1,360 vacancies and then added 720 later.
The board has extended the application deadline twice. First, the last date to fill out the form was October 13 which was extended up to October 30 because of the puja vacation. After this, the Odisha High Court's direction, the last date was again extended to November 15, 2024.
According to the SSB, several candidates filed a petition in the High Court requesting a relaxation of the upper age restriction. The board first advised them that they may submit their forms from November 1 to 7. However, on October 28, the court extended the application deadline until November 15. The application form revision window was open from November 17 to 20.
Odisha Police Constable 2024: Exam pattern
* A Computer–Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE),
* Measurement of Physical Standards and Physical Efficiency Test
* Driving test
* Medical examination
Candidates will be required to answer 100 objective-type, multiple-choice questions worth one mark during the computer-based exam. The examination will last two hours. This exam contains a negative mark. For each incorrect response, 0.25 points will be deducted.
How to check and download the Odisha Police Constable Admit Card 2024?
Step 1: Visit the official website of Odisha Police at odishapolice.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the admit card download link.
Step 3: After this, enter the login information and then submit.
Step 4: Download the Odisha Police Constable admit card and take a printout of the same for further reference.
“e-Admit card for the post of Constables/ Sepoys in Battalions will be made available very shortly on the portal of Odisha Police State Selection Board (OPSSB). Candidates concerned are advised to regularly visit the portal to download their Admit Cards,” reads the latest notification displayed on the Odidha Police official website.
