Odisha Police SI Recruitment 2025: The Odisha Police Recruitment Board has started the registration process for the recruitment of sub-inspectors and other posts today, January 20, 2025. The last date to apply will be February 10, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the Odisha Police Recruitment 2025 at odishapolice.gov.in.

This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 933 vacant seats in the organation. Of the total vacancies, 609 are for the post of ‘Sub-Inspector of Police,’ 253 for ‘Sub-Inspector of Police (Armed),’ 47 for ‘Station Officer (Fire Service),’ and 24 for ‘Assistant Jailor’ under the Home Department, Government of Odisha.

Odisha Police SI Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: As per the official notice, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

- Passed ME school or higher examinations with Odia as a subject.
- Passed HSC or equivalent examinations with Odia as the medium in non-language subjects.
- Passed the written test in Odia at the ME school standard conducted by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha.

Age Limit: Applicants must be between 21 and 25 years of age as of January 1, 2024. However, the upper age limit is relaxed by five years for SC, ST, SEBC, and women candidates. For ex-servicemen, the relaxation covers the entire duration of service rendered in defence services.

Step 3: Now, register yourself and then log in with your required details

Step 4: Fill out the application form and upload the necessary documents
