OJEE Counselling 2025 Begin: The registration process for the OJEE 2025 Counselling has been officially started by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee on their official website. Interested students can apply by visiting the website and submitting the required details. The online registration and selection window is time-limited, so students must finish the application process well.

OJEE Counselling 2025: Counselling Process

To register for the OJEE 2025 counselling process, students are required to log in with the help of their JEE application number and password. Following registration, a mock seat allotment result will be announced by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee that will be based on the candidates' submitted choices. Candidates will then be able to lock their choices using their password or OTP.

OJEE Counselling 2025: Check out crucial dates

1 July 1, 2025 (Tuesday) by 5 pm: The mock seat allotment 1 will be displayed based on the choices submitted by candidates till June 30, 2025.

2. July 3, 2025 (Thursday) 11:30 am: The choice locking facility will take place for students.

3. July 4, 2025 (Friday) 11:59 pm: The students must note that this is the last date for choice locking (Auto-lock for unlocked choices).

4. July 5-6, 2025 (Saturday-Sunday) by 5 pm: The process of data reconciliation, verification, and seat validation will take place.

5. July 8, 2025 (Tuesday) by 5 pm: Display of Round 1 Seat Allotment will be announced.

OJEE Counselling 2025: Check Eligibility Criteria

Those students who attain the eligibility criteria of the following qualifications can register for OJEE counselling online:

1. The students must have a BTech degree with a valid JEE Main 2025 marks.

2. Those students who have passed the OJEE 2025 examination are eligible to pursue degrees such as BPharm, MBA, MCA, and MTech courses.

3. Domicile of Odisha (for state quota seats)

4. Those students that meet the category/reservation requirements or section for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS/PwD, etc will be eligible.

How to apply for the OJEE Counselling 2025 online?

Step: 1 The students have to visit the official website: ojee.nic.in to complete the registration process.

Step: 2: There will be a link for the "OJEE Counselling 2025 Registration" available on the homepage.

Step: 3: Then, students have to log in using their JEE application number and password as mentioned.

Step: 4:Then, students have to complete the application form and upload all the required documents in the designated field.

Step: 5: The students are required to pay the online counselling fee as applicable.

Step: 6: Submit the form and download the confirmation page for future reference.

OJEE 2025 Registration: Key Document Required

The candidates are advised to keep these documents and certificates handy during the time of registration to avoid last minute rush. The key documents includes OJEE 2025 Rank Card, JEE Main 2025 Scorecard (for BTech applicants), 10th and 12th Mark Sheets, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Domicile Certificate (if applicable), PwD Certificate (if applicable), Recent passport-size photographs, and Valid government-issued photo ID.
