OSSSC Laboratory Technician Recruitment 2023: Applications for positions as a laboratory technicians are being accepted by the Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission or OSSSC. Through OSSSC's official website at osssc.gov.in, qualified applicants may submit their applications online.

This hiring effort will fill 921 positions inside the company. Beginning on September 21 and running until October 15, 2023, is the registration period. Details about eligibility, the selection procedure, and other matters are provided below.

OSSSC Laboratory Technician Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

As of the date of the posting, applicants for the position must be at least 21 years old and not older than 38 years old. A diploma in medical laboratory technology from state-run medical colleges and hospitals and a passing grade in the +2 Science test administered by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, or an equivalent, are required for the educational requirement.

OSSSC Laboratory Technician Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

There is a written test as part of the selection procedure. Every district must hold the written exam. Most likely, the written test will take place in November 2023. There will be 100 MCQ-style questions on the test. The exam will last for two hours.

Based on the candidates' combined written exam scores and, if applicable, the marks given to short-term COVID-19 healthcare workers, the preliminary merit list of candidates will be created in order of merit.
