PSEB Punjab Board Class 5 Results 2025: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is likely to announce the Class 5 results for 2025 today, April 7. The results will be declared during a press conference, where officials will also reveal key details such as the overall pass percentage, toppers’ names, and best-performing districts. Once released, students and parents can access the results through the official PSEB website or via SMS.
More than 3.5 lakh students appeared for the PSEB 8th board examinations this year. According to reports, the number of girl candidates stood at 1.68 lakh, while 1.82 lakh boys took the exam. To pass, students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject. The result declaration follows weeks of evaluation and preparation by the board.

Result Highlights & Performance Analysis
1. Pass Percentage & Toppers List
The PSEB will announce the overall pass percentage along with subject-wise performance. Last year, the pass percentage was 98.2%, with girls outperforming boys. This year, similar trends are expected. The toppers’ list will include district-wise rankers and state-level high achievers.
2. Rechecking & Supplementary Exams
Students unsatisfied with their marks can apply for revaluation within 15 days of the result declaration. Additionally, those who fail in one or two subjects will get a chance to appear for supplementary exams, likely to be held in June 2025.
