PNB LBO Recruitment 2025: How To Apply?

Step 1. Visit the official website; pnb.bank.in and go to the Recruitment/Careers section or apply directly through the provided link.

Step 2. Complete the application form with the necessary details such as personal, educational, and professional information.

Step 3. Upload the required documents, including a passport-sized photograph, signature, educational certificates, work experience certificates, and category certificate (if applicable).

Step 4. Pay the application fee.

Step 5. Submit the form and save the acknowledgement for future reference.

Age and Educational Qualification:

-For Local Bank Officer (LBO) JMGS-I minimum age limit should be 20 years and not more than 30 years.

-Candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline from a University/ Institution recognized/approved by Government of India or its regulatory bodies.

-The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet /Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/ she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online

PNB LBO Recruitment 2025: Selection process

The recruitment process will take place in four stages:

1. Online Written Test

2. Screening

3. Language Proficiency Test

4. Personal Interview

There will be negative marking 0.25 percent (1/4) mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. Candidates must score at least 40% (General/EWS) and 35% (Reserved categories) in each section to qualify.
