Rajasthan government jobs 2025: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has announced a massive Recruitment drive to fill over 26,000 government vacancies across various departments. This initiative comes as a major relief and a significant boost for thousands of aspirants across the state who are seeking stable government jobs, reflecting the administration's commitment to youth empowerment.
Recruitment notifications for these diverse positions have already been issued, setting the stage for a comprehensive and efficient selection process. This widespread recruitment is expected to inject fresh talent into the public service and enhance the delivery of government services across Rajasthan.
Major Recruitment in Education Sector:
The education sector is a primary beneficiary of this recruitment drive, with a substantial number of vacancies announced. This includes 3,225 posts for professors across various subjects, aiming to strengthen higher education. Additionally, 6,500 posts for senior teachers have been announced in the Secondary Education Department, alongside 2,759 posts for Level-1 and Level-2 teachers in the Sanskrit Education Department. Furthermore, the Elementary Education Department will see the recruitment of 5,000 Level-1 teacher positions, significantly boosting the teaching workforce.
Opportunities in Home and Forest Departments
The Home Department is set to recruit 1,015 Sub-Inspectors, comprising 896 SI (AP), 4 SI (AP) Sahariya, 25 SI (AP) Scheduled Area, 26 SI (IB), and 64 Platoon Commander (SI) posts. This will enhance law enforcement and public safety. Moreover, 84 posts for Platoon Commander have been advertised in the Home Defense Department. The Forest Department will also contribute to this drive by recruiting for 785 positions, including Forester, Forest Guard, and Surveyor roles, crucial for environmental protection and management.
Growth in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry & Other Sectors
Beyond education and security, significant opportunities are opening up in other vital sectors. The agriculture and animal husbandry sectors will see the recruitment of 1,100 Agriculture Supervisors, 281 Assistant Engineers (Agriculture), and 1,100 Veterinary Officers. The Energy Department has notified 2,163 posts, while the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) will fill 1,050 miscellaneous positions. Additionally, the Ayurveda Department plans to recruit 1,535 contractual Ayush Officers, reflecting a diverse range of opportunities for the state's youth.
This extensive recruitment initiative underscores the Rajasthan government's strong commitment to youth empowerment, transparent governance, and efficient public service delivery. The increase in the number of members in the Rajasthan Public Service Commission from 7 to 10 is another key administrative decision aimed at further streamlining the recruitment process.
