RBI Grade B Exam Analysis 2026: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) successfully conducted the Grade B Phase 1 examination on June 13 and 14, 2026, for General, DEPR, and DSIM streams. For the June 13 Shift 1 examination, overall good attempts were estimated between 112 and 136 questions. Candidates are now awaiting the release of official answer keys and results, while preparations for Phase 2 examinations have already begun.

RBI is scheduled to conduct the Phase 2 examination for General Stream on July 25, 2026, while DEPR and DSIM candidates will appear for the examination on July 26, 2026.

Overall Difficulty Level

According to the initial exam analysis, the RBI Grade B Phase 1 paper maintained a moderate-to-difficult standard. Quantitative Aptitude emerged as the toughest section due to lengthy data interpretation questions, whereas English Language was relatively easier. Qualified candidates from Phase 1 will appear for the RBI Grade B Phase 2 examination scheduled for July 25 and July 26, 2026.
