Re-NEET OMR Response Sheet 2026: Before the final answer key, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the recorded responses and OMR sheets on its official portal. Candidates who have taken the Re-NEET UG entrance exam 2026 on June 21 can download their response sheet from neet.nta.nic.in using their application number and password. Furthermore, the agency has sent the scanned copies of the OMR sheets to the respective candidates through their registered email addresses. Candidates finding any discrepancies between their marked responses and recorded responses can submit their objections within the given deadline. Once the process concludes, NTA will release the final answer key.

Re-NEET Scanned OMR Sheet 2026: Steps To Download

Using the following steps, candidates can download their response sheets from the official website. 

Step 1: Go to the NTA official website at neet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the NEET UG 2026 Candidate login link.

Step 3: Enter your application number and password/date of birth to log in.

Step 4: On the dashboard, the response sheet link will appear.

Step 5: Download and save the OMR sheet for future use.

Re-NEET Scanned OMR Sheet 2026: Challenge Window

NTA has allowed candidates to submit online challenges against their recorded response sheet until July 15 (11:00 AM). For each challenge raised, applicants need to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 200. This must be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. Challenges submitted without the fee payment or through any other means of payment will not be processed. 

NTA Instructs Candidates To View OMR Sheets Carefully

The agency has advised candidates to view their OMR sheets carefully and raise challenges if necessary. Only responses marked completely by filling the bubble with a blue or black point pen will be treated as valid. However, NTA has warned candidates to refrain from submitting tampered OMR sheet images via the challenge facility. This practice may lead to legal action or debarment.
