National News Headline For School Assembly

- Chandrayaan-3 is set to land on the moon on Wednesday. The lander module of India's lunar mission will touch down on the southern pole of moon on August 23 at 6.04 pm.

- If Chandrayaan-3 lands successfully, it is expected to remain functional for two weeks. The Indian moon mission will run a series of experiments including a spectrometer analysis of the mineral composition of the lunar surface

- A man, who is an accused in Haryana's Nuh violence, has been arrested after being shot in a police encounter on Monday night. After the violence, that took place on August 21, about 260 accused have been arrested so far by the police
