Madhya Pradesh Schools Holiday 2025: Educational Institutions Declare Three-Day Closure Effective From October 1 To 3; Check Details

School Holiday 2025: A holiday has been declared tomorrow, October 1st to 3rd, across the state, including the Madhya Pradesh capital, Bhopal. Children are quite excited after the announcement of three consecutive days of holidays.

Three Holidays Including Navami, Dussehra, and Gandhi Jayanti
While schools in the capital, Bhopal, will be closed on the ninth day of Navratri, a holiday has been declared in all schools on the tenth day, October 2nd, on the occasion of Dussehra and Gandhi Jayanti. According to the holiday circular issued by schools, this is Dussehra, a three-day holiday.

Public Holidays on October 1 and 2:

Government holidays have also been declared on October 1 and 2. These are public holidays. Banks, schools, and government offices will also be closed on these two days.

After a three-day holiday, all schools will reopen on October 4. Regular classes will resume.

October School Holidays:

Students in Madhya Pradesh will receive ample holidays to celebrate Dussehra and Diwali. The School Education Department is offering 17 days of holidays in October. The first holiday will be on October 1st. There are two such occasions throughout the month where taking one or two days off will result in a week or nine consecutive days of leave.
