SSC CGL 2023: The deadline for submitting option-cum-preferences for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2023 test has been extended by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to November 23. The commission also advised candidates that their post-choice submissions from up until this point might not have been saved and requested to resubmit. Candidates can use the official website, ssc.nic.in, to submit their options for the SSC CGL 2023.

Previously, the commission had requested that applicants use their login credentials to submit their preferences for positions or departments between November 18 and November 21. It stated that this is the student's last chance to turn in their selections.

SSC CGL 2023 Tier 2 Post Preference Option: Official Notice

“It is informed that due to a technical issue, options exercised by few candidates upto 20.11.2023 (12:00 PM) may have some error. Therefore, such candidates are advised to check the preferences filled by them and revise the same, if required,” an official notice reads.

“The candidates who fail to exercise their Option-cum-Preference during the aforesaid period, shall not be given any further opportunity for submission of their Option-cum-Preference and such candidates will not be considered for inclusion in the final merit list / final selection,” SSC added.

SSC CGL 2023 Tier 2 Post Preference Option: How to submit?

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in.

Step 2: After this, login and enter the registration number and password.

Step 3: Then, click the preferred posts or departments as per the eligibility.

Step 4: Submit the option-cum-preference form.

Step 5: Download the confirmation page and take a printout for future reference
