SSC CGL Tier 1 2025 Exam: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the cancellation of the SSC CGL Tier-1 Examination 2025 at several centres, including Jammu, Delhi, Gurugram, and Kanpur. An official Cancellation Notice issued by the Staff Selection Commission, NWR region, notifies that the CGL Exam 2025 in Digital Computer Education, Jammu, on September 12, 2025 (1st shift), is cancelled due to administrative and technical reasons.

The CGL Exam 2025 in Digital Computer Education, Jammu, on September 12, 2025 (1st shift), is cancelled due to administrative and technical reasons.
All shifts of the SSC CGL Exam scheduled at this exam centre on 13th September, 2025 are also cancelled. Candidates whose exam was cancelled on 12th September 2025, will now appear for the exam on revised dates from 24th to 26th September 2025.
The examination of all candidates scheduled at this particular exam centre on 13th September, 2025 has also been rescheduled between 22nd and 27th September, 2025.
SSC CGL tier 1 exam is being held at 260 centres across 129 cities in India between September 12 and 26. Over 28 lakh candidates registered for the CGLE 2025 this year.
The cancellation came a day after the Chairman of the Staff Selection Commission addressed candidates in a message posted on the official website regarding the CGLE Tier I 2025.
The message said, "Candidates are advised not to panic in case of any technical issue during the examination. In case of any snag, the system will be shifted promptly, and it will be ensured that there will be no loss of time. SSC representatives will be present at all centres, and in case of any concern, you can immediately report the matter to them."
"Further, a dedicated feedback portal has been launched, accessible through the candidate portal on ssc.gov.in, to enable you to share your examination experience directly with the Commission."
SSC CGL 2025 Exam Cancelled: Gurugram
Officials said that on Friday, there was chaos outside MM Public School in Sector 4 when candidates who had come to appear for the SSC CGL exam 2025 reached the examination venue and found that the exam had been cancelled.

When will New Exam Centers Be Assigned?
Now that SSC CGL Tier 1 is cancelled, the Staff Selection Commission will conduct re-examination/re-testing for the affected candidates from 24th to 26th September 2025 soon. Any updates regarding new exam dates, admit cards and newly allotted exam centers will be informed to the candidates in time through the official website.

Use the extra time for revision, solving mock tests and practicing problem areas. If you are among the affected group, make sure to download the admit card for re-examination once it is released.
