SSC Head Constable Recruitment 2025: The Staff Selection Commission, SSC, has commenced the registration process for the recruitment of Head Constables in Delhi Police on their official website. Eligible and interested students will be to apply for the recruitment role on the official website at ssc.gov.in. Delhi Police encourages women candidates to apply. The recruitment drive includes 341 male and 168 female vacancies.

SSC Head Constable Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Breakdown

Following are the vacancies that the commission will fill through this recruitment drive:

1.Head Constable Male: 341 (UR 168, EWS 34, OBC 77, SC 49, ST 13)

2. Head Constable Female: 168 (UR 82, EWS 17, OBC 38, SC 24, ST 07)

The online application process for the SSC Head Constable Recruitment 2025 began on September 29, 2025, and will conclude on October 20, 2025 on the website. The last date for online fee payment is October 21, 2025, 11:00 PM whereas the correction window for the application form will be available from October 27 to October 29, 2025, students will be able to modify their details in this period. 

SSC Head Constable Recruitment 2025: Crucial Dates 

1. Submission of online applications is started from September 29, 2025 on the website.

2. Students must note that the last date to submit applications online is October 20, 2025, up to 11:00 PM.

3. Students must note that the last date for online fee payment is October 21, 2025 up to 11:00 PM.

4. The application correction window for students will be open on October 27 to 29, 2025, up to 11:00 PM.

5. Tentative Date of examination is December, 2025/ January, 2026.

Steps to apply for SSC Head Constable Recruitment 2025:

Step 1. Students must visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2. There will be a link for the Head Constable (Ministerial) Recruitment 2025 on the homepage.

Step 3. A new window will open on the screen where you have filled in the application form with required details and information.

Step 4. The students have to upload all the required documents in the designated field.

Step 5. Submit the application form and download the confirmation page for future reference. 

SSC Head Constable Recruitment 2025: Selection Procedure

1.First stage will be Computer-Based Examination (CBE): 100 marks, 90 minutes, objective-type questions. Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

2. Second stage will be Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT): Qualifying in nature

3. Third stage will be a Typing Test on Computer: 25 marks

4. Computer (Formatting) Test: Qualifying in nature.
