Eligibility Criteria for SSC MTS & Havaldar:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Class 10 (Matriculation) or its equivalent examination from a recognized board on or before the cut-off date (August 1, 2025).

Application Fee and Examination Structure:
The application fee for the SSC MTS, Havaldar examination is ₹100. However, several categories are exempted from paying this fee, including women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-servicemen (ESM) who are eligible for reservation.
The selection process varies slightly depending on the post:
For MTS Post: The examination will solely consist of a Computer-Based Examination (CBE).
For Havaldar Post: The examination will comprise a CBE, followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST).
