TN HSC Result Topper List 2025: The Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu (DGE TN) officially declared the result of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSE) or Class 12th on their official website. Over 8.2 lakh students appeared for the Tamil Nadu class 12th board examination 2025 at 3,316 centres across the state. 

How to check TNDGE HSC +2 Result 2025 Online?

Step: 1: The students have to visit the official website to access their result at dge.tn.gov.in or tnresults.nic.in.

Step: 2: There will be a link “HSC (+2) 2025 result ” available on the homepage. 

Step: 3: Students have to fill in their login details such as date of birth and registration number.

Step: 4: Submit to proceed and your result will be displayed on the screen.

Step: 5: Do not forget to check all the details and always keep a print out for future use.

Important Note: The students are advised to collect their original marksheets from the school authorities after the declaration of the result as it is a crucial document for further admission process. 

Tamil Nadu 12th Toppers List 2025:

The Tamil Nadu Class 12th Board Examination took place from March 3, 2025 to March 25, 2025 covering all major streams - Science, Commerce, and Arts. This year, over 8.2 lakh students appeared for the Tamil Nadu 12th board examination 2025. Now, the result is declared on the website, Students will be able to check their scorecards, overall passing percentage, toppers list and more. The overall passing percentage for Class 12th is recorded at 95.03%.

A total of 7,513 schools that participated in the Tamil Nadu HSE +2 board examination, 2,638 schools have achieved an excellent 100% passing percentage.

Passing percentage of boys: 93.16 per cent

Passing percentage of girls: 96.70 per cent.

Govt schools – 91.94%

Govt-aided schools – 95.71%

Private schools – 98.88%

In the Vocational stream, The overall pass percentage is 84.22 per cent. 17815 boys and 10615 girls wrote (28430 total) apperaed for the HSC +2 exam. Of them, 14379 boys and 9564 girls (23943 total) passed. The pass percentage of boys is 80.71 per cent, while it is 90.10 per cent for girls.
