Telangana Intermediate Admission 2025-26: The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has extended the admission and correction last dates for Class 11th and 12th. These admissions are for junior colleges and composite degree colleges that offer two-year intermediate courses in both general and vocational streams. The correction window will be open from September 11 to 12, 2025.

The board has also allowed more time to correct mistakes in student enrollment data for the academic year 2025–26. While private colleges must pay penalties for admissions and corrections, government and aided colleges are exempt. Only affiliated colleges are eligible for admissions.

Telangana Intermediate Admissions 2025-26 Session Deadline Extended:

According to the official notification, all government, private and aided colleges reopened for the next session on June 2, 2025. But many students, their parents and principals sought more time from the board to complete the admission process. In view of this, TGBIE decided to open the correction window again from September 11 to 12, 2025.

Telangana Intermediate Correction Window Deadline Extended:

Colleges also get two days to edit admission details on the college portal. For this, private colleges will have to pay Rs 200 for each modification. But government and aided colleges will not have to pay any fee.

The Telangana Board has clearly stated that all the principals must carefully check and update the admission information. After the last date, no changes will be allowed. If any college makes a mistake or ignores the mentioned rules, the board may impose a penalty or even cancel their affiliation certificate.

The notice reminds parents and students that admissions are valid only in affiliated junior colleges. The complete list of such colleges is available on the official website acadtgbie.cgg.gov.in and tgbie.cgg.gov.in.
