Directorate of Government Examinations, Government of Tamil Nadu (TNDGE) on Monday released the Tamil Nadu 12th result. Students can check their TN 12th result at– tnresults.nic.in.

To download the Tn plus 2 exam result 2023, candidates will have to enter their class 12 roll number and date of birth on the TNDGE portal. This year, approximately 8.8 lakh candidates appeared for the plus 2 exam in Science, Commerce, and Arts streams. The exam was held between March 13 to April 3, 2023. The exam was conducted at 3169 centres across the state.

To pass the TN class 12 exam students have to secure a minimum of 35 per cent. Candidates who failed to secure minimum passing marks will have to appear for supplementary exams. The TN 12th supplementary exam 2023 date and registration date will be announced soon on the official website. Candidates who are not happy with their marks can also apply for the revaluation process after the declaration of the class 12 result. According to the last year’s data, the overall pass percentage for TN class 12 exams stood at 93.76 per cent. Approximately 9.12 lakh candidates appeared for the class 12 examination in 2022. Out of which 8.21 lakh candidates passed the HSC examination. The overall pass percentage of girls stood at 96.32 per cent. While the overall percentage of boys was 90.96 per cent.
