TN TRB 2024 Registration: The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) will commence the registration procedure for the teacher recruitment test 2024 today, February 14. Eligible applicants can complete the application form on the official website, trb.tn.gov.in. The TN TRE 2024 registration window will be available till March 15.

The recruiting effort intends to fill a total of 1,768 secondary teaching positions. The test is tentatively slated to take place on June 23.

Candidates from the Unreserved (UR) and Other Backward Class (OBC) categories must pay an application fee of Rs 600. The TN TRB application fee is Rs 300 for applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Special Central Assistance (SCA), and differently-abled categories.

TN TRB 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a valid Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test Certificate (TNTET) Paper 1. Candidates in the general category must be under the age of 53 on July 1, 2024. Applicants from SC, ST, Backward Class Muslims (BC Muslim), Backward Classes (BC), the majority of backward classes, and minorities would receive a five-year age relaxation.

Candidates should fulfil any one of the following educational qualifications:

- Graduate with a two-year diploma in elementary education.

- Higher secondary or equivalent with at least 50% and a two-year primary education certificate.

- A higher secondary or equivalent with at least 45% grades and a two-year certificate in elementary teaching in line with the National Council for Teacher Teaching (NCTE) standards of 2002.

- Higher secondary or equivalent with at least 50% and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (BElEd).

- A higher secondary or equivalent with at least 50% and a two-year certificate in special education.

Candidates can apply for the TN TRB 2024 by following the processes outlined below.

Step 1: Visit the official website of TN TRB at trb.tn.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the TN TRB 2024 online application link.

Step 3: Now, fill out the registration form by entering basic details and log in by entering the credentials generated during registration.

Step 4: After this, fill out the application form and submit the documents.

Step 5: Make the necessary payment and submit.

Step 6: Download the confirmation page and take a printout for further reference.
